Strong coordination and follow-up skills across cross-functional teams Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MIS/reporting Attention to detail for handling documentation (SAT forms, CCF, etc.) Understanding of pharma product lifecycle and launch process Good communication skills for content and translation follow-ups Familiarity with ERP tools (e.g., SAP) is a plus
