Arunodaya University is looking for Assistant Controller of Examination to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Exam Planning and Scheduling: Collaborating with faculty and academic departments to plan and create the examination schedule for various courses and programs Ensuring that the examination timetable is well-organized and communicated to students and faculty in a timely manner Question Paper Setting: Coordinating with subject experts and faculty members to develop or select appropriate examination question papers that align with the curriculum and assessment objectives Exam Administration: Overseeing the smooth conduct of examinations, both for regular sessions and supplementary exams, if applicable Ensuring that exam venues are appropriately arranged, and all necessary materials are provided Exam Security and Integrity: Implementing measures to maintain the security and integrity of the examination process This includes preventing cheating, plagiarism, and any other forms of academic misconduct Evaluation and Grading: Coordinating the evaluation and grading process, which involves managing exam answer scripts, assigning examiners, and ensuring timely completion of evaluations Results Processing: Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of exam results Collaborating with relevant departments to compile and publish results for students
