Work closely with development teams to optimize application performance and integrate Oracle-based solutions. Monitor and manage database and application performance using Oracle Enterprise Manager and other monitoring tools. Provide support during major incidents, including on-call rotation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Ensure proper database capacity planning and manage the performance, growth, and expansion of Oracle database environments. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for Oracle Database and EBS environments. Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA, with at least 8+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) administration.
