Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in laptops and computers. Replace faulty components like motherboard, SSD, RAM, screen, keyboard, etc. Perform OS installation, data recovery, and system optimization. Handle chip-level repairs and advanced troubleshooting (preferred). Maintain proper documentation of repairs and service records. Provide excellent customer service and technical support. Requirements: Minimum 1years of experience in laptop/computer repairing. Knowledge of hardware, software, and networking basics. Ability to identify and fix complex issues quickly.
