Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the administrative team to ensure efficient and smooth office operations. Manage internal communications, and prepare reports, presentations, and official documentation. Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance workflow and productivity. Oversee daily office functions, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management. Coordinate and manage administrative activities across project sites, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Support budget management by tracking expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with budget guidelines. Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information. Handle vendor management: negotiate contracts, monitor service quality, and ensure timely delivery of office supplies and services. Oversee housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness standards are met consistently across all office areas. Requirements: Proven experience in office management or administrative support, preferably within the real estate industry . Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with real estate terminology, documentation, and operational workflows. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficient in office software (MS Office, spreadsheets, internal databases, etc.). Ex-Army professionals are encouraged to apply and will be given priority consideration."
