You are looking for a Risk Manager with 8+ years of experience in the NBFC/Fintech industry to lead risk monitoring and policy design for the Unsecured Personal Loan (PL) portfolio. As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end risk strategy across the PL portfolio, setting up and monitoring Early Warning Systems (EWS) and bounce triggers, analyzing bounce rate and delinquency trends, designing scorecards and rule engines, and defining credit risk policy framework and underwriting models.
