Import Operations: Manage import foreign remittance transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Update and maintain Import MIS on a regular basis. Handle filing, record keeping, and documentation related to imports. Generate and manage E-waybills for import shipments. Coordinate with banks for import transaction documentation submission. Follow up with banks to ensure timely clearance of outstanding transactions . Export Operations: Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI) for exports. Coordinate and communicate with CHA, transporters, and factories for timely execution of shipments. Ensure checklist verification of export documents. Prepare and send documents to forwarders for draft Bill of Lading (BL). Coordinate with freight forwarders for BL approval . Manage submission of export documents to customers and internal stakeholders . Prepare documents for inward remittance payments . Handle Certificate of Origin (COO) preparation and cost sheet preparation for FTA. Maintain and update Export MIS . Track and confirm export booking confirmations . Manage submission of export documents to banks . Follow up with banks for export outstanding transactions . Prepare E-BRC and ensure compliance with RBI guidelines. Track and manage vendor bills related to export shipments. Maintain systematic filing of export-related documentation . Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of Export & Import documentation and regulatory compliance. Hands-on experience in banking documentation (import/export remittances, E-BRC, BL approvals). Good understanding of logistics coordination (CHA, freight forwarders, transporters). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) ; familiarity with ERP/SAP will be an advantage. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to work under tight timelines with attention to detail. Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field . 46 years of relevant experience in Export/Import operations (preferably in manufacturing/FMCG). Knowledge of FTA, COO documentation, MIS reporting is mandatory.
