Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrated expertise in handling all import shipping documents. - In-depth knowledge of the import process in India. - Liaising with foreign suppliers to arrange shipments. - Coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and transporters. - Monitoring shipping documents and communicating with relevant service providers. - Generating Ewaybill. - Tracking shortages, damages, and processing insurance claims. - Organizing and maintaining import documents for each shipment. - Ensuring compliance with shipment allocation based on global negotiations. - Providing operational support, preparing reports, and meeting deadlines. - Identifying risks of non-compliance with Customs regulations. - Proficiency in effective documentation and presentation skills. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in import operations and sourcing items from international markets. - Ability to independently manage end-to-end import operations efficiently. - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.,
