Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to teach Mathematics and Science to students of Grades 3 to 5, aligned with the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, child-friendly teaching strategies, and the ability to make learning fun and effective. Key Responsibilities: Teach Maths and Science concepts to students in Grades 3 to 5 using interactive and activity-based methods. Develop lesson plans in accordance with CBSE guidelines and the school’s curriculum framework. Use a variety of teaching techniques including audio-visual aids, experiments, storytelling, and digital tools. Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that supports holistic development. Evaluate and track student performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback. Encourage curiosity and scientific thinking in young learners through hands-on activities and projects. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress reports. Communicate regularly with parents to discuss student performance and behavior. Participate in school functions, training programs, workshops, and staff meetings. Collaborate with peers and administration for academic planning and co-curricular integration. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Science/Mathematics or related field. D.El.Ed. or B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms). Good command over English and basic communication in Hindi. Sound knowledge of CBSE primary curriculum. Creative, patient, and energetic personality with a passion for teaching children. Proficient in using technology tools like smart boards, educational apps, and online platforms.
