Required Qualifications: 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in a technical environment. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. In-depth understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: PMP Certification. Experience working with SRE, DevOps, or First Responder teams. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Familiarity with monitoring and logging systems. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
