Experience Level: You should have at least 4 years of experience in Blockchain Development. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts to enable property tokenization, fractional ownership, and rental yield distribution. Integrate blockchain components with off-chain systems to ensure smooth interaction between the platform and underlying blockchain infrastructure. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend and backend developers, to implement comprehensive solutions. Design core DeFi components such as staking, LPs, yield strategies, and cross-chain bridges. Conduct thorough code reviews, security audits, and performance optimizations to guarantee the robustness and efficiency of smart contracts. Keep updated on the latest advancements in blockchain technology to make informed architectural decisions and feature implementations. Required Skills and Qualifications: You must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in blockchain development with a strong track record of deployed smart contracts. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Ethereum, Solidity, Rust, Substrate, Cosmos SDK, and EVM-compatible chains. Experience working with IPFS for decentralized file storage and integration. Familiarity with DeFi concepts including liquidity, tokenomics, swaps, and staking. Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, and security best practices. Experience in integrating blockchain solutions into web applications, particularly within the MERN stack team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with tokenization platforms or similar asset-backed blockchain projects. Knowledge of BASE, a secure, highly scalable layer-2 blockchain powered by Coinbase. Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or active engagement in blockchain developer communities. Understanding of legal and regulatory considerations in blockchain-based transactions.
