PCE has capability to execute the technical tasks as well as lead contractors in doing them. In addition to technical ability, a PCE should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. What will you do Job specific responsibilities\tasks: 1. Provide overall project cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement, and change management leadership and expertise. Manage Project Cost and Schedule throughout the project life cycle Fully understand the scope of the project, contractual requirements, identify the major milestones and set clear priorities for the project team Lead the cost and schedule estimates for various Gate reviews and participate in the preparation of Gate packages Mentor junior project controls engineers and ensure the technical quality and timeliness of work Serve as a link to the Project Services Common Skill Center organization; gain alignment for support and approval of key deliverables (i.e. Estimates Development Plans, Estimates, etc.) Develop and maintain the Project Controls related plans and procedures Ensure implementation of the stewardship process identify and champion process improvements What will you do Cont.. Steward the overall Change Management process About you Skills and Qualifications: Required Skills and Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Engineering Technology or Construction Management from a recognized university Minimum 3 years of prior experience in EPC or Project Management in the Oil and Gas Industry 5-10 years of project controls experience focused on cost control, estimating, planning, and schedule control in Oil & Gas or Construction Industry Additional consideration will be given to candidates with: Experience in working in Brownfield oil and gas environment Experience in offshore projects Working knowledge of Primavera P6 All candidates are expected to have: Demonstrated leadership skills Good command of English both written and spoken Strong MS Excel and presentation skills Strong influencing without authority, consulting, mentoring, analytical, and computing skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely convey recommendations to management / leadership Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as per business needs

Key Responsibilities Architect, implement, and deploy secure, gas-efficient smart contracts on EVM-compatible chains. Develop and maintain contract systems for token issuance, compliance, permissioned trading, and governance. Write and maintain comprehensive test suites using Hardhat, Foundry, or equivalent frameworks. Review, optimize, and audit smart contracts for security, performance, and reliability. Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to define integration interfaces and transaction flows. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for contract deployments and versioning. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the EVM ecosystem, smart contract standards (e.g., ERC-20, 1400, 3643), and DeFi security best practices. Participate in architecture discussions, threat modelling, and protocol-level design decisions. Requirements 3+ years of experience writing Solidity smart contracts in live, production-grade systems. Deep understanding of Ethereum architecture, EVM internals, and decentralized application patterns. Hands-on experience with Hardhat, Foundry, or similar smart contract development environments. Strong familiarity with cryptographic primitives, token standards, and transaction lifecycle on-chain. Proficient in smart contract testing, mocking, and code coverage strategies. Demonstrated ability to independently lead development and security of complex contract systems. Comfortable working with tools like Ethers.js, Web3.js, and integrating with off-chain services. Preferred Qualification Experience contributing to or auditing DeFi protocols or asset-backed token infrastructure. Knowledge of token compliance frameworks Exposure to account abstraction, identity management, or modular smart contract design. Experience participating in smart contract security reviews and using formal verification tools. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in cryptography, security, or financial systems.

Oversee project schedules, cost tracking, and risk analysis. Ensure milestone adherence and reporting accuracy. As Tech Lead, mentor engineers, standardize processes, and support project execution and technology decisions. The Senior Project Controls Engineer is responsible for overseeing the program of works for a large value scheme, managing budgets, and coordinating with estimators, engineers, surveyors, and architects. Senior Project Controls Engineer will partner with internal team to develop program plans and create cost and schedule baselines. The incumbent is responsible for preparing and publishing metrics and reports, analyzing variances and reviewing compliance with corporate guidelines across multiple teams. The incumbent will drive decision making to improve the program performance across sectors. Experience 15+ years experience in Project Controls for large scale complex projects across sectors Strong Experience with Cost Control, Scheduling (Waterfall/Agile/Lean/Scrum) and Time Management Proven expertise in a Project Management or Project Controls Management position, specifically within complex Capex projects across sectors. Sustaining and improving planning, risk, cost control, change control management policies, procedures and processes, and ensuring its proper application by the project controls and delivery teams. 11. Monitor accurate and timely project invoicing, UBR, Debtors to associated customers. 12. Chairing and/or facilitating the necessary project/programme level change forums, escalating change papers with high-level impact that require additional approvals and ensuring all choices are enacted within the change control system and toolsets. 13. Advising project/programme leader by providing specialist advice and technical knowledge to resolve or mitigate delays, issues, and other challenges throughout the project. 14.
