(ESSPL) Location: Kasna , Greater Noida (Office-based) Experience Required: 0–1 Year Number of Openings: 1–2 Job Purpose / Objective:ESSPL is looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller with strong communication skills in English, to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, explaining our products/services, and assisting the sales and marketing teams in lead generation and customer relationship management. Key Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads. Answer inbound customer queries and provide information about products/services. Maintain a record of calls and responses in the CRM or designated format. Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and appointment scheduling. Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Ensure professional, polite, and positive communication at all times. Provide accurate information and resolve basic queries of prospects. Required Skills:Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic understanding of customer engagement and sales conversations. Good listening and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic record keeping. Positive attitude, patience, and customer-centric approach. Qualification:12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
