Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Regional Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining and growing client relationships, and achieving regional sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting product solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role demands collaboration with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach Proven expertise in sales strategies, market research, and business development Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics, with the ability to create detailed sales reports Ability to manage client accounts, build partnerships, and contribute to sustained growth Knowledge of the packaging, retail, or B2B sector is advantageous Proficiency in Tamil and English is required; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in sales is preferred Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet targets consistently
