Role & responsibilities 1. Planning for the outdoor BTL activates for generating leads. 2. Generating Leads by BTL outdoor activity such us apartment activity, park activity, activity in clubs, outdoor hoardings, temp boards, direction boards, referral activities preparing presentation on the activities done for a month etc.... 3. Conducting activities in the existing apartments like referral activity, conducting events in club house etc.. 4. Planning for site branding inside and outside site like site hoarding, Standee, Danglers, TV and other marketing items. 5. Refilling refreshment items in all site when required. 6. Preparing Budget for outdoor BTL activities by month on month and in month end updating spends giving to the HOD. 7. Preparing report with generated leads and updating the status on that like site visit and sale on lead. 8. Planning for internal signages after construction of building. 9. Getting Sign off for the quotations with the comparison costs from management. 10. Following up on the creative with agencies for particular mediums in outdoor with giving them the sizes. 11. Looking for the particular suitable location of hoardings, direction boards and other activities to generate leads.
