We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Luxury Marketing Head to lead the strategic marketing direction for our premium brand portfolio. You will be responsible for curating high-impact campaigns, strengthening brand equity, and driving growth through innovation, storytelling, and elite customer engagement. Location - West Delhi Responsibilities Brand Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with luxury brand values and long-term business goals. Campaign Leadership: Conceptualize and lead end-to-end 360 campaigns (digital, print, in-store, influencer, PR) tailored to high-net-worth audiences. Customer Experience: Elevate the luxury customer journey across all touchpoints from acquisition to retention ensuring an immersive, seamless, and exclusive brand experience. Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis, market trends monitoring, and consumer insight studies to identify growth opportunities. Collaborations & Partnerships: Lead co-branded initiatives, celebrity/influencer endorsements, and strategic partnerships with like-minded luxury brands. Digital & Social Media: Oversee digital storytelling, social media strategy, and content creation that reflect the brands aspirational positioning. Events & Experiences: Curate high-end brand experiences, VIP events, and exclusive product launches to enhance brand desirability. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of marketers, creatives, and agency partners. Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience in Marketing. 7-9 years of experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent multitasking and project management skills. Experience working with global luxury brands or premium D2C businesses preferred. Highly networked within luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
