Event Support Staff

About Us:

Heyday Balloons is a growing balloon printing and party supplies brand based in Thrissur. We’re launching a new retail store to bring all celebration essentials under one roof! We are looking for a dynamic support person to help customers in-store and assist with decoration work when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the retail shop and help with product selection
• Coordinate and support balloon printing orders
• Handle in-store display and restocking
• Travel for basic balloon decoration assignments (e.g. birthday setups, event backdrops)
• Help in packaging balloon kits and supplies
• Keep the store neat, friendly, and well-organized

Requirements:

• Interest or experience in party decoration or event support
• Friendly, customer-first attitude
• Willingness to travel for off-site decorations
• Basic understanding of balloons and decoration materials (training provided)
• Trustworthy and punctual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
