Location: Mumbai (also other cities for events) Experience: 1โ€“3 years in field sales, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands Reporting To: Sales Head / Co Founder Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive to lead and grow our presence through exhibitions, salon partnerships, and distributor channels. This is a high-ownership, field-driven role requiring travel and on-ground hustle. Key Responsibilities: - Exhibition Sales (Pan India)Represent the brand at trade shows, pop-ups, and exhibitions across India Set up and manage stalls, product displays, sampling, and sales counters Engage directly with customers, collect leads, and close on-the-spot sales Coordinate logistics before and after events (product transport, setup, payments) Report event metrics: footfall, sales, feedback, learnings ๐Ÿ’‡โ€โ™€๏ธ Salon Sales (Mumbai + Pune)Pitch and place products in premium salons and beauty boutiques Train salon staff on product usage and upselling Conduct in-salon demos and sampling activities Track sales performance per salon and ensure re-orders ๐Ÿ›’ Distributor & Retail Sales (Mumbai + Pune)Build and maintain relationships with local distributors and cosmetic retailers Monitor stock movement, push new launches, and manage returns Ensure brand visibility and POS compliance at partner stores Requirements: Graduate degree (any discipline) 1โ€“3 years of experience in field sales or channel sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel extensively across India Comfort with targets, reporting, and managing multiple clients/stakeholders Passion for beauty/lifestyle categories is a bonus What We Offer:Competitive salary + performance incentives Travel, stay, and event expenses fully covered by the company Work with a fast-growing, youth-centric brand redefining kidsโ€™ & pre-teen beauty Exposure to brand building, offline retail, and B2B sales strategy Fun, high-energy, start-up culture with high learning curve
