Event Planner and Manager - Corporate Product Launch

As a Brand Event Manager, your role is crucial in overseeing the successful planning and execution of brand launch events. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to define event goals, target audience, and overall vision - Developing comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables - Overseeing all aspects of event logistics, such as venue selection, negotiation, vendor management, and on-site event coordination - Managing event budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors, and maximizing return on investment - Coordinating with marketing teams to develop and execute event promotion strategies - Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with the event, ensuring compliance with regulations - Supervising and motivating event staff, volunteers, and contractors to foster effective teamwork - Gathering feedback, analyzing event success metrics, and preparing comprehensive reports for future event planning In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess: - Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members - Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with venues and suppliers - Budgeting and financial management expertise to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize ROI - Creative problem-solving abilities to address unforeseen challenges - Proficiency in event management software and tools such as Cvent and Eventbrite You should hold a Master's degree in Administration, Hospitality, or Event Management and have at least 3 years of experience in brand launch events.
