JOB SUMMARY: As a Travel and Events Executive, you will be responsible in assisting the business travel events as and when required. You will be responsible for booking flights, hotels, and tours for their clients. The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with end-to-end travel planning across PAN India (airlines, trains, transport, hotels) & International efficiently and cost-effectively. Coordinate end-to-end corporate event logistics, including MICE. Handle and process all incoming travel requests promptly. Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive rates for travel and events. Assist promptly with visa applications and related formalities. Provide regular travel updates and logistic information to travellers. Manage emergency travel changes or cancellations calmly and professionally. Explore suitable venues and locations for events as required. Provide on-site event support to ensure smooth execution and timely issue resolution. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align event objectives and requirements. REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with the internal and external stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time management skills. High on ethics and integrity Multitasking ability Qualification and Experience: Preferred bachelor's degree in any stream. 2 - 5 years of experience in ticketing, flight booking, visa. Experience in handling events would be an added advantage. Salary would be in line with the experience
