As the Manager of Influencer Marketing, you will demonstrate a genuine passion for social media and influencer marketing, possessing a deep understanding of the creator landscape, expertise in campaign execution, and exceptional client servicing skills. Your responsibilities will include project managing influencer marketing campaigns from initial response through to post-campaign reporting, day-to-day management of influencer marketing campaigns, providing excellent client service, and efficiently managing multiple campaign operations. You will proactively build strong relationships with clients and internal teams at all levels to ensure client retention and continued revenue growth. Additionally, you will manage, create, and enhance influencer content in alignment with brand and business objectives, develop, pitch, and execute new ideas and scripts for brand campaigns, attend relevant events for networking and business purposes, and stay updated with the latest trends on social media and within the influencer community. The ideal candidate for this role holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field, possesses strong client servicing skills, and excels at multitasking. You are an organized problem-solver with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, adept at research and planning, abreast with social media trends, a team player with excellent people skills, and have accumulated 5 to 6 years of full-time work experience in Influencer Campaign Management. In return, you can look forward to a competitive salary, performance reviews twice a year, annual leaves totaling 30 days (including casual leave, sick leave, and earned leave), health insurance coverage for yourself, spouse, and two children with the insurance premium amount borne by the company, and a standard working schedule of 10 am - 6:30 pm from Monday to Friday.,
