Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, fashion shows, and weddings.
Support the production team with on-ground event setup, vendor coordination, and logistics.
Work closely with clients to understand requirements and ensure smooth delivery.
Assist in preparing event proposals, presentations, and production schedules.
Coordinate with vendors, designers, decorators, and technical teams.
Handle backstage and hospitality mana

gement during fashion shows and weddings.
Support the team with guest management, invitations, RSVPs, and registration desks.
Contribute creative ideas for event themes, décor, entertainment, and experiences.
Ensure timely execution and adherence to brand standards for all events.

Who can apply:

1. A diploma in event management preferred
2. Prior experience in managing production in shoots and shows would be an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
