Event Database Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Database Manager to oversee the design, maintenance, integrity, and security of our organization's databases, which support both our magazine publishing and event management operations. This pivotal role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (editorial, sales, marketing, and events) to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and leveraged effectively for targeted campaigns, operational efficiency, and business intelligence

Required skills and qualifications

• Strong technical skills in database management systems, data modelling, and data analysis tools.
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency with database management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  
• MIS & Business Reporting.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and users.
  
• Knowledge of event planning concepts and processes is a plus.
  
• 2 to 5 years of experience as database manager from event / magazine media agencies
