Event Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Plan,

  organize, and execute corporate events

  , conferences, seminars, workshops, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
• Manage

  end-to-end event logistics,

  including venue selection, catering, audiovisual arrangements, transportation, accommodation, and entertainment.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution within defined timelines and budgets.
• Handle

  event registrations, attendee management, on-site coordination, and post-event feedback.

• Manage vendor negotiations, quotations, purchase orders, billing, and expense tracking to ensure cost efficiency.
• Provide administrative support, including office supplies inventory, office equipment maintenance, and travel arrangements for the Head Office team.
• Handle visitor management, incoming calls, office administration bills, and petty cash related to administrative activities.
• Maintain

  accurate documentation, event reports, budgets,

  and expense records.
• Identify operational challenges during events and ensure timely resolution for a seamless attendee experience.
