Event Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating event planning activities such as venue selection, menu approval, seating plans, and post-event evaluation. Your duties will include liaising with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of events. You will also be in charge of managing all aspects of event setup, tear down, and follow-up processes. Additionally, you will maintain accurate event budgets and book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers as needed.
