We are looking for energetic and responsible individuals who want to gain practical experience in event management, operations, team coordination, and business execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Coordinate cartoon mascot bookings and event schedules
• Ensure timely order fulfillment for customer events
• Manage mascot costumes, accessories, and event materials
• Coordinate costume cleaning, upkeep, repair, and maintenance
• Recruit and build a team of college students who can work as part-time mascot performers
• Manage performer availability and event assignments
• Support smooth execution of events across the city
• Communicate with customers, performers, and the Toywala team
• Ensure high-quality customer experience at every event
