Job Description: Google Analytics & GTM Expert Position: Google Analytics & GTM Specialist Location: Hyderabad, India Type: Full-time About the Role Pyrite Technologies, an Enterprise Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a highly skilled Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager (GTM) Expert to join our agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing analytics tracking across multiple client websites and campaigns. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive growth for our clients. Key Responsibilities Analytics Setup & Management Implement and manage GA4 across client websites. Configure custom events, conversions, and enhanced measurement tracking. Create and maintain data layers for advanced tracking requirements. Tag Management (GTM) Develop and manage GTM containers for multiple clients. Deploy and test tags, triggers, and variables for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other marketing platforms. Debug, audit, and troubleshoot tracking issues across different environments (staging, production). Data Integration & Reporting Ensure accurate data flow between GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Search Console, and CRM/marketing platforms. Build custom reports and dashboards in Looker Studio/Google Data Studio. Automate reporting processes for client campaigns and deliver actionable insights. Compliance & Best Practices Implement cookie consent and GDPR-compliant tracking setups. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards. Stay updated on new Google Analytics and GTM features and share best practices internally. Requirements 47 years of proven experience in Google Analytics (Universal & GA4) and Google Tag Manager. Strong technical skills in JavaScript, data layers, regex, and event-based tracking. Experience with conversion tracking for Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools integration. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to handle multiple client accounts and deliver within deadlines. Excellent communication skills to explain technical data to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Experience with BigQuery, SQL, or Python for advanced data analysis. Knowledge of server-side tagging. Certification in Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. Experience in SEO/Performance Marketing reporting.
