As a part of Aviotron Aerospace, you will play a vital role in imparting STEM/STEAM-based experiential learning solutions to K-12 students through innovative machinery kits and products. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a comprehensive STEM lab within an educational institution, overseeing inventory management, as well as the repair and maintenance of all machineries. It is crucial to continuously enhance your knowledge in diverse STEM domains including Aerospace, Space, Drones, Robotics, and Designing. You will engage with school management to ensure seamless execution of classes and activities, by effectively managing timetables, preparing for events, and organizing competitions. Building and nurturing professional relationships with stakeholders such as students, parents, and school staff will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for recording and maintaining training data, monitoring student performance, documenting activities, competitions, and parent interactions, and providing regular updates to the company. To qualify for this role, you must hold a B.Tech/BE/M.Tech in Aerospace/ECE/Mechanical/Mechatronics from a reputable university. While freshers are preferred, candidates with teaching experience and the necessary qualifications are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in designing software like CATIA, Solid Works, or Sketch-up is mandatory, and familiarity with coding languages such as MIT Scratch, C, C++, Python is advantageous. Knowledge and experience in Robotics, including Embedded C, Arduino, and Raspberry-PI, will be considered a bonus. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are essential. Previous engagement in STEM activities, Robotics, Coding, or Aeromodelling competitions during your academic tenure will be beneficial. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills are prerequisites for this role.
