Regular visits to client locations and factories, specifically plants such as distilleries, evaporation systems, dryers, mixers, and turnkey projects, are part of your responsibilities to facilitate the recovery process and resolve any issues in person. A basic understanding of plant operations is required to ensure effective communication and problem-solving during these site visits. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are also important for this position. Knowledge of contract law and financial regulations related to retention amounts is a plus. Additionally, basic technical knowledge of plant operations, including distilleries, evaporation systems, dryers, mixers, and turnkey projects, will be beneficial. You should have the ability to interpret and discuss technical information with plant managers and engineers.
