As a UI/UX Designer at GlobalLogic, you will be responsible for the end-to-end user experience design processes. Your role will involve articulating a vision, inspiring clients to adopt a design thinking mindset, and driving product strategy, roadmap, and governance. Utilizing design thinking methods, tools, and processes, you will generate new ideas and concepts while defining a holistic customer experience. Communication skills are key as you will be required to articulate and defend conceptual and directional choices. Leading cross-functional teams to develop working solution prototypes and decoding fuzzy problems will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will engage in business development, grow and scale design businesses, and interact with clients throughout various stages of pre-sales and project delivery. Your responsibilities will also include supporting client wins for new clients, expanding existing business, and representing studio design work directly to clients. Evangelizing design across other business units and leading internal transformations with a design-first approach will be expected from you.
