Develop and administer e-learning courses using authoring tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, etc. Manage Udemy Business, LMS platforms, and other digital learning tools for seamless content delivery. Ensure a balance between online, offline, blended, and hands-on training approaches. Collaborate with internal experts and vendors to ensure high-quality cybersecurity training content. Engagement & Impact Measurement Develop strategies to increase learning engagement and completion rates across platforms. Create interactive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for L&D metrics visualization. Conduct feedback analysis, learning impact assessment, and Kirkpatrick Level 1-4 evaluations. Drive initiatives to enhance learning culture through newsletters, knowledge-sharing forums, and engagement campaigns. L&D Operations, Budgeting & Compliance Oversee end-to-end training administration, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation. Prepare and manage L&D budgets, ensuring cost-effective learning solutions. Maintain training records, compliance reports, and certification tracking for cybersecurity roles. Stay updated on industry certifications like CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCSK, ISO 27001, SC-200, SC-900, AZ-500, and others. Coaching, Mentoring & Talent Development Establish and manage coaching & mentoring programs for leadership and technical development. Support cybersecurity professionals in obtaining industry-recognized certifications and skill upgrades. Develop competency-based career progression frameworks for employees. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years in L&D within a cybersecurity or technology-driven organization. Proficiency in learning analytics, Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, or other dashboarding tools. Expertise in LMS management, Udemy administration, and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.). Strong understanding of skill mapping, training needs analysis (TNA), IDP creation, and competency frameworks. Knowledge of Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model, ADDIE model, and ROI measurement. Strong project management skills, budget planning, and ability to manage L&D accounts efficiently.
