Map and monitor Customer Technology Trend Analysis and chalk out product strategy for respective Customer. Leading Sales & Innovation at customer Responsible Pre Selling activities for all EV Products with Customer specific Innovation event (Tech Seminar, Tech Day) Lead System sales for all EV products at his respective Customer in Domestic / Global Market. Customer Engagement Customer Organization Man Mapping. Execute Customer Relationship Management strategy and actions as per plan. Execute and Organize Top Management QCDD Meetings at Customer. Responsible for handling Customer/Internal Escalations & its resolution (across multiple domains).
