As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for establishing, stabilizing, and optimizing manufacturing processes using MOM and Industry 4.0 concepts. Your role will focus on driving efficiency, quality, and innovation in production shop floors, specifically within the Automotive/EV and Gigafactory industry. You should have 7-13 years of overall experience in this field. Your responsibilities will include assessing MES capabilities, formulating functional architecture and requirements, evaluating MES platforms, and identifying areas for improvement. You will be expected to consult clients on automation, IoT, and data analytics in the manufacturing space. Knowledge of MES tools like Siemens, NEXEED, PTC, or Dassault, as well as IOT platforms like Insights Hub, Azure, AWS, will be advantageous. In terms of consulting skills, you should have experience in creating and leading client proposals, demonstrating industry knowledge and innovation, and possessing strong project management abilities. A bachelor's degree in production management, business management, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred. Proven experience in Battery or EV OEM or consulting industry in the Smart Plant vertical is desired.
