Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented EV Fleet Program Manager to lead the transition of our Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicle fleet to Electric Vehicles (EVs). This role will involve end-to-end program development, from evaluating vehicle options to deploying charging infrastructure and building strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our fleet and operations teams, drive innovation, and ensure smooth program execution through data-backed trials, financial evaluations, and on-ground implementation. Key Responsibilities: Program Development & Execution Create and manage the overall roadmap for transitioning the company's fleet to electric vehicles (EVs). Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones for EV deployment. Fleet Electrification Trials Determine suitable EV models for different logistics operations. Partner with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and leasing companies to conduct pilot trials. Evaluate the performance of trial vehicles through time-motion studies and other assessments. Charging Infrastructure Planning Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess and plan EV charging networks. Select charging partners, sites, energy providers, and technology vendors. Ensure that infrastructure setup complies with regulations and safety standards. Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate between fleet, operations, business, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG)/sustainability teams. Work with regional operations teams to implement phased rollouts and gather feedback. Financial & Operational Modelling Analyze and develop total cost of ownership (TCO), return on investment (ROI), and payback period models. Compare cost dynamics of internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles and EVs across different routes and duty cycles. Create business cases for expanding fleet electrification. Data & Insights Utilize operational data to improve EV implementation strategies. Record and share lessons learned from pilot projects and phased rollouts. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Logistics, Automotive, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5–10 years of experience in fleet management, logistics projects, or EV mobility. Strong understanding of EV technologies, charging infra, and vehicle specs. Experience with program management and cross-functional coordination. Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in time-motion study, TCO analysis. Strong communication and vendor management skills. Prior exposure to sustainability and ESG-related transport initiatives is a plus.
