Join us in redefining the landscape of electric vehicle ecosystem About the Role - We are looking for a Project Lead who will coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a projects organization and timeline Responsibilities - Build a ground process to deliver multiple sites per week / with daily charger commissioning each week across the geography assigned Delegate project tasks based on the team members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels Managing multi-site contractors Act as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Build and maintain strong relationships and be an effective point of communication for the internal and external teams Coordinate with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procure required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers Support Supply Chain Management in supplier negotiations, claims and project changes. Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed Documentation & governance: make sure all agreements with customer are monitored, changes are documented, changes mutually agreed with customer Interface with multiple regional installation, logistics and service companies, customer interfaces, etc Location & commitments Employment type : Full-time, Permanent Location : Navi Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad Working days : Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays Candidate requirements Experience : 5+ years of experience Skills required : Experience with Power Distribution/ Utility Electrical products, relevant experience in execution of outdoor substation projects of 11kV and above, has good understanding of SLD's and layout drawings for substations, independently handle execution activities for sub-stations and other electrical installations Knowledge of 'Local' Language (Read / Speak) will be an added advantage Education qualification: Bachelors degree in engineering, Certification as an experienced Project Manager MEP certification (Preferable) INTERESTED CANDIDATES CAN SHARE THEIR RESUME ON snehal.mule@magentamobility.com
