Role Overview: You will be joining Nexora Academy Pvt Ltd. in Kochi as an EV Hybrid Technician Faculty. Your main responsibility will be to deliver instructional content, prepare course materials, and guide students through practical and theoretical knowledge of EV and hybrid technology. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting lectures, overseeing hands-on laboratory activities, evaluating student performance, and updating course curricula to reflect the latest industry developments. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver instructional content related to EV and hybrid technology - Prepare course materials for effective teaching - Guide students through practical and theoretical knowledge of EV and hybrid technology - Conduct lectures and oversee hands-on laboratory activities - Evaluate student performance and provide feedback - Update course curricula to align with industry advancements Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge and practical experience in EV and hybrid technology - Strong instructional and classroom management skills - Proficiency in creating and delivering educational content and materials - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to stay current with industry advancements and integrate new knowledge into teaching - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field required; Master's degree preferred - Previous teaching experience in an academic institution or relevant training programs is a plus Role Overview: You will be joining Nexora Academy Pvt Ltd. in Kochi as an EV Hybrid Technician Faculty.
