As an Electric Vehicle (EV) Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and deploying EV charging systems and management solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing EV charging management solutions, creating testing and validation plans, performing preventive maintenance on EV charging stations, and ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety guidelines. To excel in this role, you should possess a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly in power systems and power electronics. It is preferred that you have prior experience with electrical charging stations and a good understanding of charging methods such as CHADEMO and CCS. Proficiency in protocols like OCPP, PLC, CAN, SOAP, and JSON is essential. In addition to your technical skills, you should demonstrate a solid grasp of electrical safety standards, high voltage DC power systems, energy storage, inverters, motors, cabling, and troubleshooting methodologies. Effective communication, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities are also key attributes for success in this role. Your role as an EV Engineer will require you to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. This is a full-time position located in Udyog Vihar phase V, Gurgaon, with a five-day work week and fixed weekends off.
