Position: University Guidance Counsellor
Location: EuroSchool Chimney Hills
Reporting To: School Principal / Head – Career Development and Higher Education Readiness

Job Summary:
EuroSchool Chimney Hills is looking for a qualified and passionate University Guidance Counsellor to mentor students from Grades 7–12 in exploring career pathways and higher education opportunities. The role focuses on helping students make informed subject and career choices, build strong profiles, and successfully navigate the university application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver career and university counselling sessions.
• Guide students and parents through college application and admission procedures.
• Organize university visits, fairs, internships, and workshops.
• Maintain accurate student and alumni databases.
• Coordinate with staff to prepare transcripts and recommendation letters.
• Represent the school at education and career events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with relevant experience in career or university counselling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with global university admission systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
