Profile- Vice President of Technology / Head of Technology / IT Delivery Head Location: Sector 63, Noida, Onsite About the Role:- Were launching a cutting-edge digital transformation consulting firm offering services i n AI, Cloud, CRM, QA/QE, Blockchain, and Custom Software . We are hiring a founding VP of Technology strategic and hands-on leader to define our tech roadmap, build and scale delivery teams, and drive client-facing engagements. This is a player-coach role requiring deep technical expertise, consulting experience, and leadership in solutioning and execution. Ideal candidates will have experience working with U.S. and European clients, especially in IT consulting. Key Responsibilities:- Define the companys technical vision, architecture, and service capabilities Build and lead a cross-functional engineering, QA, and data team Lead and deliver cloud, AI, CRM, QA, and blockchain-based solutions Collaborate with sales to develop technical proposals, SOWs, and client documentation Participate in pre-sales calls, demos, and technical presentations Oversee delivery execution using Agile practices and DevOps tools Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and industry regulations What Were Looking For:- Education &Certifications Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred) Certifications (AWS, Azure, Salesforce, PMP, etc.) are a plus Experience 10 -15+ years in technology leadership; 5+ years in client-facing IT consulting Experience with technical proposal writing, SOW creation, and client-facing documentation Hands-on background in software architecture, engineering, and solutioning Strong record of building technical teams and delivering client projects Familiarity with both U.S. and European market expectations and delivery models Technical Skills Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, cloud strategy AI & Data: Machine learning, RPA, data lakes, data engineering, BI Software Dev: Java, Python, SQL, mobile/web apps, enterprise platforms CRM: Salesforce implementation, integration, and data migration QA/QE: Test automation frameworks, performance testing, strategy Blockchain: Consulting or integration experience a plus Agile project management, API architecture, cybersecurity awareness Soft Skills Strong communication and leadership presence Skilled in translating business needs into technical roadmaps Confident in solution-selling and stakeholder engagement Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-paced environments To apply, please send your updated resume to rajni@apetan.com or reach out at 8595023843 for further details.
