We are seeking an experienced Cook/Chef to join our team at Eureka Restaurant Cum Bar. The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing authentic Indian cuisine, Chinese dishes, and Tandoor specialties. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes with authentic flavors and spices Create delicious Chinese cuisine including stir-fries, noodles, and regional specialties Operate Tandoor oven to prepare fresh naan, kebabs, and other tandoor items Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety protocols are followed Manage food inventory and minimize waste Work efficiently during peak hours and maintain consistency Required Skills: Minimum 1 year experience in Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor cooking Knowledge of spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques for both cuisines Ability to handle high-volume food preparation Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Team player with good communication skills
