3- 5 years of experience in test automation, ideally in SaaS or Voice/Communication platforms. Strong experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress for UI testing. Proficient in REST API testing using Postman, REST-assured, or similar tools. Hands-on with Python/Java/JavaScript for scripting test cases. Familiarity with Asterisk, Twilio, or SIP-based testing environments is a strong plus. Experience testing CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). Understanding of DNC compliance, call routing, local caller ID logic, and predictive dialing flows. Exposure to speech analytics or AI/NLP-based feature testing is a bonus.
