Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor IT infrastructure using SCOM and other EUCS tools. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring solutions to proactively identify issues. Develop custom management packs and alerts in SCOM. Work closely with server, network, and application teams to resolve incidents. Analyze system logs and performance metrics to ensure system reliability. Create dashboards and reports to track system health and availability. Support automation and optimization of monitoring workflows. Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes. Key Skills Required: Installation, configuration, and administration of SCOM Management pack creation and customization Alert tuning and monitoring best practices Integration with other System Center components (optional)
