Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced End User Computing EUC Manager with 10 years of experience in IT and at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role in EUC or endpoint transformation to lead enterprise wide endpoint transformation initiatives including SCCM to Intune migration Office 365 migration and transition projects from incumbent vendors This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise project leadership and stakeholder management to drive seamless transitions and modern workplace enablement Key Responsibilities: A day in the life of an Infoscion Lead end to end endpoint device migration projects as part of digital workplace transformation Manage the migration from SCCM to Microsoft Intune including co management policy design and device onboarding Oversee Office 365 migration efforts including Exchange Online OneDrive SharePoint and Teams Drive transition projects involving handover from existing vendors ensuring knowledge transfer continuity and service quality Define and implement EUC strategies standards and governance models Collaborate with cross functional teams including infrastructure security service desk and application owners Ensure compliance with security policies data protection regulations and operational best practices Manage project timelines risks budgets and stakeholder communications Lead and mentor EUC support teams ensuring operational readiness and knowledge retention Provide regular updates to leadership on project status risks and outcomes Technical Requirements: Primary skills EUC Process Service Management Service Transition Technology EUC Patching and Distribution SCCM Technology Enterprise Mobility Solution MS Azure AD MS Azure RMS MS Intune Technology Microsoft Technologies Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager Technology Office 365 SharePoint Online Additional Responsibilities: Proven experience in SCCM to Intune migration and Microsoft 365 O365 migration Strong understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Manager Azure AD Autopilot and Windows 10 11 deployment Experience managing vendor transitions including due diligence onboarding and service stabilization Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and project management skills Preferred Skills: EUC,Technology->EUC-Patching_and_Distribution->SCCM,Technology->Microsoft Technologies->Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager,Foundational->Service Management->Service Transition,Technology->Enterprise Mobility Solution->MS Azure AD, MS Azure RMS, MS Intune,Technology->Office 365->SharePoint Online
