EUC Lead, End User Computing

As an Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) Developer/Sr. Developer at Birlasoft, your role involves supporting, designing, and developing ORMB Billing applications. You will participate in design discussions, create solution design deliverables, develop technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery of business capabilities. Your responsibilities will include: - Interacting with multiple stakeholders, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and facilitating project scope definition. - Leading development/enhancements of custom solutions across various modules such as Algorithms, Batch Jobs, Business components, BPA Scripts, UI Maps, Zones, Business services, etc. - Developing inbound/outbound interfaces (both batch and APIs) to integrate ORMB with upstream and downstream applications. - Troubleshooting systems and assisting end users/customers in a timely manner. - Performing code reviews to ensure deliverables meet quality, performance, and best engineering practices. - Supporting performance analysis/tuning to ensure deliverables meet defined SLAs. - Managing system configurations, application environments, and supporting installations, deployments, and application upgrades of ORMB in both production and non-production environments. - Supporting testing teams across various phases of implementation including SIT/UAT/Performance/Parallel/Regression. - Assisting Automation test teams in building robust test suites to improve test coverage. - Providing production support by analyzing incident tickets, impact analysis, and solution fixes. - Demonstrating a high attention to detail and quality. - Collaborating in the ongoing development of the ORMB application and processes, working as a team player, and thriving in a high-profile environment. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10-15 years of significant hands-on development experience with the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) product. - Expertise in Oracle Utilities Application Framework, Oracle/SQL query, Java, JSON, Oracle Database, JavaScript, RESTful API, Web Services, and SOAP. - Experience implementing ORMB for Financial institutions is a plus. - Proficiency in Configuration Tools such as MO, BO, Business Service, Business component, Service Scripts, Plug-In Scripts, BPA Scripts, Zones, UI Map, Portals, SQ rule, and Rate configuration. - Experience in developing batch interfaces both inbound and outbound to ORMB. - Experienced in developing APIs integrating ORMB with external applications and online customer portals. - Highly desirable to have Oracle BI Publisher experience.,
