Key Responsibilities: Manage and support EUC technologies such as virtual desktops (VDI), application delivery, and endpoint management. Design and implement EUC architecture that meets business needs and improves user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, and applications. Work with security teams to ensure devices and applications are secure and compliant. Manage software deployments, updates, and patches across endpoints. Optimize performance of desktops, applications, and remote access solutions. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate EUC solutions with other systems and infrastructure. Develop and maintain documentation for EUC environments and processes. Mentor and guide junior EUC team members. Stay updated on the latest EUC technologies and recommend improvements. Required Skills and Experience: 5-10 years of experience in EUC administration or architecture. Strong knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions like Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Microsoft WVD. Experience with endpoint management tools like Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, SCCM). Good understanding of networking, security, and Windows operating systems. Experience with software deployment, patch management, and automation tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to design scalable and secure EUC solutions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
