As the leader of global Material Compliance processes, you will be responsible for coordinating and aligning suppliers and plants with global compliance policies such as RoHS, REACH, EU WFD, Conflict Minerals, and others. Your role will involve onboarding new 3rd party service providers, setting up suppliers, leading campaign runs, and collecting data using 3rd party platforms. You will act as the primary driver for material compliance initiatives in response to customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses. In this position, you will serve as a subject matter expert on all regulatory compliance matters, providing guidance and leadership on compliance projects. You will work closely with global suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather Bill of Materials (BOM) data and ensure full regulatory compliance. Issuing certificates (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, EU WFD) to customers and maintaining consistent communication and updates on compliance status will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve supporting and driving continuous improvement of global compliance processes by partnering closely with the Global Material Compliance Manager. You will lead audit and risk assessment activities for suppliers, focusing on driving performance improvements through supplier development initiatives. Managing project progress using project management tools to ensure shortened lead times and effective completion of key milestones will be crucial. Additionally, you will conduct compliance audits and provide technical support to both internal and external stakeholders, leading campaigns for non-responding suppliers. Acting as a key change agent, you will influence and motivate teams across regions to align with global compliance objectives. It will also be important to stay updated on evolving regulations to ensure that the company's compliance processes remain ahead of global legal requirements.,
