What you'll do You will play a pivotal role in implementing CSRD reporting requirements and the EU Taxonomy, with a particular focus on finance-related metrics. Develop the necessary capabilities, including processes, internal controls, and systems, to meet all mandatory environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting requirements globally. You will possess extensive knowledge of global regulatory ESG reporting requirements with specific expertise in European standards such as CSRD and EU taxonomy. Facilitate the link between Finance and sustainability to foster cross-functional partnerships with stakeholders in GSR, Legal, HR, Real Estate, and Controllership. You will develop and operationalize standardized policies and processes for sustainability reporting, including materiality assessments, disclosure controls and procedures, and estimation approaches. Facilitate the audit process and assurance of ESG reporting, where required You will work with various data provider teams to gather the data needed to support mandatory ESG disclosures. Drive and ensure execution of ad hoc initiatives and participation in projects. Qualifications Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Masters/ MBA preferred.
