Title-UK/EU Recruiters Location-Hyderabad (onsite) Requirement: 3-5 years of experience in the UK/EU staffing Must have experience working with UK/EU Clients. Must have good communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and evaluate qualified technical candidates for contract and third-party roles across the UK and EU. Work closely with account managers, delivery leads, and clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs. Manage the full recruitment life cycle Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients; ensure high-quality service delivery and prompt candidate submissions. Utilize job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and referrals to attract top talent. Stay updated on market trends, compliance (IR35, GDPR, etc.), and hiring practices within the UK/EU. Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines. Collaborate with internal teams to drive hiring initiatives and improve recruitment processes Key Requirements: 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience, specifically focused on UK and EU markets. Proven experience handling contract and third-party roles. Demonstrated success in placing candidates with top-tier clients in technology or engineering sectors. Strong understanding of UK/EU compliance and hiring practices. Excellent sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobserve, CWJobs, Monster, and internal ATS. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
