Job description Requirement analysis and design of software solutions based on requirements and architectural /design guidelines of native syngo mainline Implementation of features and/or bug-fixing and delivering solutions adhering to coding and quality guidelines Identification and implementation of (unit/integration) tests to ensure solution addresses customer requirements and does not cause impact to installed base Performing code review, providing documentation (requirement/design/test specification) inputs, and ensuring delivery conforms to organization and project quality processes Ensuring integration and submission of solution into software configuration management system, within committed delivery timelines Active contribution in the risk analysis of the product Must be a technical driver of the team Must be able to independently trouble shoot and solve complex problems Must be able to learn & try out new technologies Must be able to do quick Proof Of Concepts/Prototypes Must be able to identify and drive technical debt topics Knowledge and Experience: Strong C# or any OOPS programming skills, Design principles & patterns and a good understanding of the overall Architecture Desirable: Medical domain knowledge (DICOM, medical workflows etc) Inter-process communication, multi-threading, data-structures, Unit-testing frameworks, Agile processes, WPF/WCF Ability to work as an individual contributor Flair to learn new technologies and thrive in an agile environment Conversant with typical software development processes / methodologies and exposure in working with multi-site global teams. Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skill Knowledge in Static code Analysis and Unit, integration and system testing. Exposure to TFS, Git, FxCop, SONAR and NUnit is preferred. Desirable : Exposure to performance analysis, memory leak and stability analysis tools (ETW, WinDBG, etc) Strong in Communication skills and Assertiveness

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows sysinternals tools Expert to join our advanced systems team. You will be responsible for in-depth analysis, development, and debugging of core Windows subsystems, networking components, and low-level system services. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Windows operating system architecture and has experience building and troubleshooting performance-critical, secure, and scalable system software including Windows sysinternals tools such as PsTools, PsFile, etc. Key Responsibilities Analyze and work with Windows Kernel-mode and user-mode components including Object Manager, Memory Manager, I/O Manager, Plug and Play Manager, and Security Subsystem. Develop and debug system-level tools, drivers, and services. Conduct reverse engineering of binaries using tools like WinDbg, IDA Pro, or Ghidra. Diagnose and resolve complex kernel crashes (BSOD), memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks. Instrument and monitor Windows internals using ETW, WMI, performance counters, and other telemetry. Write Powershell scripts and programs utilizing WinRM, gMSA, etc. Collaborate with security and performance engineering teams to harden the OS and investigate potential vulnerabilities. Work closely with product and QA teams to ensure system compatibility and stability under varied conditions. Requirements Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of experience in Windows system-level programming or analysis. Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Win32 API, Powershell scripting. In-depth knowledge of Windows architecture (kernel, subsystems, processes, threads, virtual memory, handles, registry, etc.). Working knowledge Windows sysinternals PsTools components such as PsExec, PsFile, PsPing, etc.
