As a Product Owner with a minimum of 6 years of proven experience, you will be responsible for defining and championing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Ericsson Orchestrator - Cloud manager platform. Participating actively in sprint planning, providing guidance to the development team, clarifying requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be essential aspects of your role. Qualifications for this position include a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably focusing on technical products or platforms. Experience working with orchestration platforms, particularly Ericsson Orchestrator Cloud Manager, is highly desired. Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications are also required. Job description The selected candidate should lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components for telecom equipment, including enclosures, heat sinks, racks, and cable management solutions. Develop and refine 3D models and 2D drawings using advanced CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo). Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of complex projects, from concept development through to production release. Manage timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring project milestones are met. Oversee the prototyping process, working with suppliers and in-house teams to build and test prototypes. Mandatory skills: Lead design validation and verification processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., NEBS: GR-63-CORE, GR-487-CORE, ETSI, TSEC). Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure designs are optimized for production and meet customer requirements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and technical challenges. Drive innovation in mechanical design, exploring new materials, technologies, and processes to enhance product performance and reduce costs. Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to implement best practices in mechanical design and engineering. Desired skills: Strong leadership and project management skills.
